Inclusive music-making with local schoolchildren

Under the leadership of Inclusive Music Making expert, Jane Ebel, Multitude of Voyces worked with children at the John McNeill Opportunity Centre, Whiteparish Primary School, Lynsey Docherty of Celebrate Voice and volunteers from the wider community of St Thomas's Church, Salisbury, to learn, share and develop skills using the sign-language Makaton, to help us all to communicate our love of music! These photographs were taken at Salisbury Arts Centre in October 2017, at a joint event led by Lynsey Docherty.

We are very grateful to Wiltshire Connect and to Nick Hingston of Hingston's Antiques, Wilton, for generously sponsoring the work shown above and will be pleased to hear from potential sponsors interested in supporting this particular area of our work with underrepresented, vulnerable and marginalised members of our local community.
